Commercialization Initiatives

The CCEF is interested in the installation of clean distributed generation. The fund is seeking projects that demonstrate the business model for renewable technologies to educate businesses and accelerate the commercialization of these technologies.

The Fund solicits distributed generation installation opportunities through its Fuel Cell and Solar Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFPs are a competitive process held once per year with individually detailed selection criteria. The specific timing, requirements and funding criteria are included in the RFP details (Solar RFP, Fuel Cell RFP). All funding for solar and fuel cell distributed generation installations must be submitted under this process.

Financial structures considered for installation projects are detailed in the individual RFPs.
