(Rocky Hill, Connecticut – October 10, 2002) – The Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) today
announced the commencement of its Photovoltaic (PV) Program for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. Interested parties must submit a pre-application by December 13, 2002, to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be issued in January 2003. The funding available under the program will total $1 million for all selected projects.

(8/28/01) RFP for Fuel Cells
On August 28, the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CEF) issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking bidders to conduct commercial and demonstration projects under the CEF Fuel Cell Initiative. First year funding levels for the three categories of projects included in the RFP expect to reach $5 million, with an additional $1 million in funding from the Conservation and Load Management Fund. Three categories of projects are being solicited in the RFP.
