Town Description:

The Town of Plymouth has a mayor-council form of government with a Mayor, Town Council, Board of Finance and Town Meeting. Local elections are held every two years (in odd-numbered years) on the Tuesday after the first Monday in November. The Annual Town and Budget Meeting is held the third Monday in May.
