Program Progress 

The Connecticut Clean Energy Fund’s Clean Energy Communities Program is a national award-winning program recognized by the U.S Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of Energy and the Clean Energy States Alliance (CESA) for its success in driving the market for citizens and municipalities purchasing clean energy.

 

This page contains reports related to the voluntary market and the progress of the Connecticut Clean Energy Communities Program, CTCleanEnergyOptions, and the 20% by 2010 Campaign.  Nexus Market Research, an independent third party evaluator, produces these reports on a monthly basis to summarize program progress.

 

Clean Energy Communities Program – Qualifications

Through this program, many cities and towns have qualified for free solar PV systems from the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund.  Access information on which towns have qualified and how many clean energy kilowatts a town has earned through this program:
