ROCKY HILL, Conn., November 19, 2003 - The Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) today announced its plans to continue supporting Solar Photovoltaics (PV) and issue a new request for proposals (RFP) for projects involving installation and use of PV technology in commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. The program will fund projects on a rolling basis over the next three years. Photovoltaic technologies convert sunlight into clean, usable energy.

Photovoltaic Projects To Assist With Relieving Electric Load Congestion in Connecticut

Rocky Hill, Conn., March 31, 2003 - The Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) today announced the selection of its Photovoltaic (PV) Program Request for Proposal (RFP) finalists. The CCEF received initial interest from 19 proposals comprising 24 projects under its Solar PV Program. These projects represented total investments of $3.6 million and requested $2.3 million in funding support. Connecticut Clean Energy Fund Holds its First Annual Fuel Cell Investment Summit

Uncasville, Conn., March 18, 2003 - At a time when the importance of fuel cell development is becoming more evident across the country, the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF), in collaboration with the U.S. Fuel Cell Council and Fuel Cells 2000, held its inaugural Fuel Cell Investment Summit to stimulate further investment and interest in the clean, reliable and environmentally friendly technology. The international event, which took place at the fuel cell-powered Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn., on March 17 and 18, had 22 exhibitors and over 200 attendees.
