As of October 1, 2007, the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) is governed by a statutorily designated 15 person board—the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund Board. This board develops the comprehensive plan and authorizes expenditures from the Fund for projects, programs and operating expenses.
The Fund exists within Connecticut Innovations, a quasi-public authority, for administrative purposes.
