Innovative Solar Power Partnerships
BJ’s Wholesale Club, with corporate headquarters in Natick, Massachusetts, operates more than 170 stores including one in Derby where they recently installed an 82.80 kilowatt photovoltaic system. In a partnership with Conservation Services Group (CSG), BJ’s Wholesale Club has installed solar PV systems on over 14 of its stores, including one in Willimantic, to demonstrate the company’s desire to purchase and promote clean energy for environmental responsibility. These systems are designed, installed and owned by CSG who sells the energy generated back to BJ’s.
