In 2002, Dr. Michalski opened his private practice in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. It offers a wide range of comprehensive general dentistry, with an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry and restorative dentistry.

In an effort to benefit the community and increase the comfort, health, and safety of the people who visit and work at the facility, Dr. Michalski collaborated with planners and developers to create a high-performance, eco-friendly facility. It includes, among other features, specially designed heating and cooling systems to enhance air quality, efficient lighting to help save energy, and a 10.08-kilowatt solar array to generate clean, renewable energy. Consisting of 48 ground-mounted solar panels located in the backyard of the property, the solar array harnesses the sun’s energy and generates over 50 percent of the electricity needed by the facility. And, on days the office is closed, the array generates power that is returned to the practice’s energy provider, CL&P.
