Comprehensive Plan

The state legislature requires the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund Board to develop a comprehensive plan that outlines strategies to support renewable energy sources and related enterprises, and to stimulate demand for renewable energy. Following a series of public comment sessions held around the state, the Department of Public Utility Control (DPUC) must approve the Comprehensive Plan. The current plan covers the period July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2010, and is available to download here.
